What you can expect from us.
We photograph conditions, record moisture readings and explain the proposed work before a project moves forward. Drying time depends on the materials and measured progress; we do not promise the same timeline for every property.
Before repairs begin
We review what was removed, what can be saved and what needs to be rebuilt. If the scope changes, we explain the change and request authorization before scheduling the added work.
At the end of the job
We walk through the completed work with you and address agreed final details.
